CHILI MAC (TEXAS STYLE)
(Patty's Texas MAC)

Ingredients:
2 pkgs Mac & Cheese
2 lbs ground beef
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
15oz Canned Whole Corn
1 12oz can Tomato Paste
1 cup water
2 tsp salt
dash pepper
Tabasco Sauce as desired.

Method:
Prepare Mac & Cheese according to pkg. directions
In a large skillet, Brown ground beef, celery, onion and green pepper, drain fat
Add rest of ingredients and stir together thoroughly
Pour into a large casserole and bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes.


One Skillet Quick Goulash

1 Green pepper (optional)
1 large onion (medium diced)
1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 15 oz..can diced tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1/2 to 1 cup water
1 16 ounce box elbow macaroni
2 Tablespoons chili powder
1 Tablespoon cumin
salt and pepper

Chop green peppers and onion; brown with ground beef in large skillet.
Drain grease from pan. Add tomatoes and water. Add macaroni. Season
with chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat until
macaroni is done, about 20 minutes.

Serve with garlic bread.
